Whistleblower

A confidential channel for reporting misconduct, fraud or governance breaches (mfi.governance.whistleblower.report), with access restricted by record rules to protect reporter identity. Each report is triaged, investigated and resolved under strict confidentiality. It demonstrates the institution's commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory whistleblower-protection requirements.

Workflow

Open Whistleblower under Governance (restricted access).
Review a submitted report and its allegations.
Assign a confidential investigator and track the inquiry.
Record findings and any corrective or disciplinary action.
Close the case while preserving reporter confidentiality.
