Term	Meaning
PesaBridge Express	Prompt-to-pay (STK Push): you request, the customer confirms on their phone.
C2B	Customer-to-Business: the customer initiates a payment to your shortcode.
B2C	Business-to-Customer: a payout from a business account to a customer wallet.
charge	A single Express payment request, identified by `charge_ref`.
MSISDN	A phone number in full international format, `2547xxxxxxxx`.
shortcode	Your collection account number (Pay Bill / Buy Goods till).
idempotency key	A unique string (`idem`) that makes a retry return the original result.
webhook	An HTTPS callback we POST to your server when something happens.
control profile	The regulator-grade limit set (per-txn/daily/monthly/balance) applied to an account.
access token	A 1-hour Bearer token from `/oauth/token` sent on every call.
