BridgeERP AI
BridgeERP AI is the AI built into BridgeERP, and Bria is its assistant. Bria answers questions about your business, does the typing for you, reads bills and receipts, explains your figures and helps your website visitors. She works inside the apps you already use, with your own access rights.

How it works
- Your rights, nothing more. The AI sees and changes only what the person using it may see and change. Record rules, companies and access rights all apply.
- You approve every change. Reading is instant. Creating or changing a record shows an approval card first: nothing is saved until you click Approve. See Approvals.
- Figures come from your books. Stock, finance and project figures are computed by BridgeERP; the AI explains them and never invents numbers.
- Drafts, never final. Pages, bills, expenses, quotations and updates are created as drafts for you to check.
- Everything is logged. Conversations, usage and costs are kept so managers can follow what happens. See Limits and usage.
- Easy questions are free. Bria answers how-to questions, "where is" questions, figures and lists from your data and questions about BridgeERP herself, without AI credits. The AI does the advanced work: instructions, analysis, files. See AI credits.
- It learns. When the AI answers a question about using BridgeERP, Bria keeps the answer and gives it free next time. See Learned answers.
- It keeps working without AI. When no AI can answer (credits used up, budget reached, provider down), Basic mode answers from BridgeERP's own knowledge of your apps and data. See Basic mode.
