BridgeERP AI is designed so that the AI never knows more, and never does more, than the person using it.

Which AI it uses

BridgeERP AI uses the paid business services of Google (Gemini), OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude): see Which AI answers. With AI credits, the request goes through the BridgeERP AI service, which sends it to the AI and keeps only what is needed to count the credits (size, model, credits): not your question or the answer. With your own account, BridgeERP sends it to the AI company directly. BridgeERP gets the answer and shows it in your screens. Under the business terms of these services, the requests BridgeERP sends are not used to train their models. The AI included with BridgeERP never uses free plans, which some providers may use for training: if you add your own key, use a paid plan too.

Free answers by Bria and Basic mode answers never leave BridgeERP: they come from your own data, on your own server.

What is sent

• Your question, and the records or figures needed to answer it, read with your own rights.
• Files only when you send them (for example a bill, a receipt or a PDF in the chat).
• Passwords, API keys, security settings and system parameters are never read by the AI: those models and fields are blocked.

Your rights apply

Every tool the AI uses runs as you. If you cannot open a record, the AI cannot read it either. If you may not delete invoices, the AI cannot delete them. On the website chat, the AI only sees published pages, published products and knowledge marked as public.

You approve changes

Reading is instant. Any change (create a record, update one, log a note, plan an activity, create a quotation, a task or a bill) first shows an approval card with what will happen. Nothing is saved until you approve. See Approvals.
