AI credits: what is free, buying credits

The AI of BridgeERP is paid with AI credits, bought from BridgeERP. There is no AI account to open and no key to enter. Easy questions are answered free by Bria and use no credits at all.

A free answer ends with Answered free by Bria. If it is not what you wanted, click Ask the AI instead under it: the AI answers the same question, with credits.

A request with credits usually uses a few credits; long work, files and analysis use more. The BridgeERP AI › Usage report shows the credits of every request.

Welcome credits

A new database gets welcome credits with its first AI request, so everyone can try the AI straight away. Your balance is in Settings › BridgeERP AI › BridgeERP AI Credits › Credits left.

Buy credits

Go to Settings › BridgeERP AI and click Buy credits (or BridgeERP AI › Configuration › AI Credits).
The window shows your balance and the credit packs with their price in your currency. Click Buy on the pack you want.
BridgeERP issues the invoice and opens it in a new tab. Pay it online with one of the payment methods shown, or by bank transfer with the details on the invoice.
The credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. The invoice stays in the window, marked Paid.

An invoice not paid yet stays in the window with a Pay button, so you can pay it later.

Who can buy? Users with the BridgeERP AI / Administrator right. Other users who run out of credits see "Ask your administrator to buy AI credits".

Running low, used up

When the balance runs low, AI answers to administrators end with "Your BridgeERP AI credits are running low" and a Buy AI credits button.
When the credits are used up, BridgeERP keeps answering in Basic mode, with a Buy AI credits button for administrators. Bills and expenses that need the AI say so, with the same button.
Free answers keep working whatever the balance.

Switch the credits off

Untick BridgeERP AI Credits in Settings › BridgeERP AI to stop using credits: only your own AI account (if you set one) and the free answers are then used. See Which AI answers.
