Limits and usage

Keep AI use under control with a monthly budget and a daily limit, and follow it in the usage report.

Monthly budget

In Settings › BridgeERP AI, Monthly Budget stops AI requests when the estimated spend of the month reaches the amount (0 = no limit). The setting shows the spend of the current month.

Daily limit per user

Daily Limit per User caps the requests one person can make in a day. The website chat and outside AI apps have their own daily limits.

The usage report

Open BridgeERP AI › Usage to see every request: who, which feature (assistant, bills, reports...), the model, the size of the request, the credits it used, the credits left after it and the estimated cost. Group by user, feature or month. Free answers by Bria use no credits and are not in it.

When a limit is reached

BridgeERP switches to Basic mode: answers, lists, totals, how-to steps and drafts keep coming, written by BridgeERP without AI. On the website chat, visitors get answers from your public knowledge or a colleague.
