Switching BridgeERP AI on

An administrator switches BridgeERP AI on once for the company. Every internal user can then use it.

Switch it on

Go to Settings › BridgeERP AI.
Tick Switch on BridgeERP AI.
Check the Status line. BridgeERP AI credits means you are ready: there is no key to enter. New databases get welcome credits to start (see AI credits).
Click Test Connection to make sure answers come back.
Set a Monthly Budget and a Daily Limit per User if you want caps (see Limits and usage).
Click Save.

The AI apps

Each AI app switches itself on when the BridgeERP app it works with is installed: Sales AI with Sales, Inventory AI with Inventory, Project AI with Project and so on. You do not install them one by one. Only the connector for outside AI apps is installed on request: see AI apps (MCP).

Monthly Budget	Stops AI requests when the estimated spend of the month reaches this amount (0 = no limit). This month shows the spend so far.

Free answers first	Bria answers easy questions herself, without AI credits. On by default. See AI credits.
Learn from AI answers	Bria keeps the AI answers about using BridgeERP and gives them again free. On by default. See Learned answers.
Welcome on sign in	Bria greets each user once when they sign in. On by default.
BridgeERP AI Credits	The AI of BridgeERP, paid with AI credits: no AI account needed. Shows Credits left and Buy credits. See AI credits.
Basic Mode	Keeps BridgeERP answering when no AI can. On by default. See Basic mode.
Use your own Google Gemini / ChatGPT / Claude account	Optional: your own account with the AI company, used before the credits. See Which AI answers.
AI Provider	With your own accounts: which one answers first, Automatic (recommended), Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude.
Models	The smart and the fast model of each provider. Most companies keep the defaults.
Backup Provider	An optional extra service tried last, for text only.

Who can use it

Every internal user can use the assistant, help and writing tools. Each app's AI features follow the rights of that app: only salespeople see the quotation tools, only accountants see the financial figures, and so on. Managing agents, knowledge and usage needs the BridgeERP AI / Administrator right, which settings administrators have.
