Learned answers

When the AI answers a question about using BridgeERP, Bria keeps the answer. The next person who asks the same question gets it free, without AI credits.

What is kept

Only answers built from BridgeERP's own knowledge: its screens, menus, guides and this documentation.
Never answers built from your records (customers, invoices, figures), answers about a file, or answers that needed the conversation.
An answer is given again only to users with the same access rights as the person it was made for, so nobody gets steps for screens they cannot use.
A learned answer ends with Answered free from what Bria learned before, with Ask the AI instead under it. When the AI then answers, the new answer replaces the old one.

Check and correct

Open BridgeERP AI › Learned Answers. Answered free shows how often each answer was given again.
Open an answer to read it. Correct the text and save, or click Forget this answer: Bria will not give it again.

Switch it off

Untick Learn from AI answers in Settings › BridgeERP AI. Learned answers are then neither kept nor given.
