Teach BridgeERP AI your own procedures, policies and price rules. The assistant, Bria and the website chat use them in their answers.

Add knowledge

1. Go to BridgeERP AI › Knowledge and click New.
2. Choose the Type: Text (type or paste), File (PDF, Word, text) or Web Page (an address).
3. Tick Shared with all agents for internal use, and Public (website visitors) only for what the website chat may tell anyone.
4. Save. The source is indexed; Update Knowledge reads it again after a change.
