Inventory: Restock Advisor

See what to order now, what is running out and what is not moving, with plain-word advice.

Use it

1. Go to Inventory › Operations › Procurement › Restock Advisor (AI).
2. Set Keep Stock For (days) (30 by default) and, with several warehouses, the warehouse.
3. Click Analyse my Stock.
4. Check the list, change quantities or vendors, untick what you do not want.
5. Create Requests for Quotation prepares one request per vendor.

How the quantities are computed

BridgeERP computes the quantities, not the AI: what you sold and used over the last 90 days, the stock on hand, the orders already planned, your reordering rules, vendor lead times and minimum quantities. The Why column says why each product is listed: Orders waiting (more is promised than you have), Running out (less than a week left), Below minimum (under the reordering rule) or Keep stock (to cover the days you chose).

Not moving

The Not Moving (90 days) tab lists products in stock that did not go out for 90 days, the most valuable first: candidates for a promotion.
