Asking Bria

Bria is your BridgeERP assistant. Click Ask Bria in the top bar, on any screen, and ask in your own words.

Bria says hello

When you sign in, Bria greets you once, with an Ask Bria button. An administrator can switch the greeting off in Settings › BridgeERP AI › Welcome on sign in.

Ask a question

  1. Click Ask Bria in the top bar. The panel opens on the right.
  2. Type your question and press Enter. Examples: What were our sales this month?, Which invoices are overdue?, How many chairs do we have in stock?.
  3. The answer comes with tables and links: click a link to open the record.

Free answers and AI answers

Bria answers easy questions herself, free: how to do something, where to find it, figures and lists from your data, questions about BridgeERP. These answers end with Answered free by Bria. Click Ask the AI instead under one if you want the AI to answer it. Work for the AI (doing things for you, analysis, files, follow-up questions) uses AI credits: see AI credits.

Bria knows your rights

Bria works with your own access rights. She knows, screen by screen, whether you may see, add, edit or delete, and never gives you steps or offers to do something you are not allowed to do: she says so, and that your administrator can give you the right.

Ask about the record you are on

In a list or a form, open the gear menu and choose Ask Bria. On a form, Bria summarises the record and says what needs attention (with AI credits).

Send files

Click the paper clip to send a PDF, a photo or a spreadsheet (up to 20 MB). The assistant reads it: "record this bill", "what does this contract say about payment?", "compare these prices with ours".

Good questions

  • Name the period: "last month", "this year", "since 1 March".
  • Name the thing: a customer, a product, a project.
  • Ask for the format you want: "as a table", "top 5", "by salesperson".
  • Ask follow-up questions in the same conversation: it remembers the context.
