Help and Bria

Help is Bria as BridgeERP's own support, free: she answers how-to questions from this documentation and your company knowledge, and questions about BridgeERP itself: the price of each app, the free trial, buying, implementation and how to reach us.

Prices and plans

Ask "how much is Accounting and Point of Sale for 10 users?": Bria gives the price per user of each app and a link to the plan builder with those apps and users filled in, which shows the exact total in your currency. Help uses no AI credits, up to a daily allowance per company that normal use never reaches.

Help for the screen you are on

Click Help in the top bar. Bria knows which screen you are on: ask "how do I...?" and she answers with the steps and links to the pages of this documentation. Help for this screen gives the guide for the current screen straight away.

From the user menu

The user menu (your name, top right) has Ask Bria (Help) and Documentation, which opens this site.

Documentation site

Bria answers from the site set in Settings › BridgeERP AI › Help and Documentation (this site by default).
