The governance overview screen, surfacing outstanding approvals, upcoming board meetings, open incidents and policy-review due dates in one place. It orients directors and the company secretary to what needs governance attention this cycle. Each summary links through to the relevant register or queue.
Workflow
- Open Governance and select Dashboard.
- Review pending approvals and items awaiting board action.
- Check upcoming meetings and policies due for review.
- Scan open risk and incident counters.
- Click a tile to open the underlying register.
