Shares

The Shares application is the share-capital backbone of the SACCO, managing multi-class equity (ordinary, preference and deferred), member share accounts, certificates, dividends, transfers, pledges and the full range of corporate actions. It gives the registrar a single place to issue, move, redeem and reconcile member capital while preserving an auditable trail of every movement.
