Directors

The register of board directors and committee members (mfi.board.director) - their terms, roles, committee memberships and appointment history. It is the authoritative record of who governs the institution and in what capacity. The company secretary maintains it to support quorum checks, conflict tracking and regulatory fit-and-proper reporting.

Workflow

Open Directors under Governance.
Create a record for each director with their role and term dates.
Assign committee memberships and any chair positions.
Record appointment, re-election and resignation events.
Keep fit-and-proper and contact details current.
