Board Meetings
Plans and records board and committee meetings (mfi.board.meeting) - agendas, attendance, quorum, minutes and resolutions arising. It is the documentary backbone of board activity, capturing what was discussed and decided. The company secretary uses it to issue notices, confirm quorum and archive minutes.

Workflow
- Open Board Meetings under Governance.
- Schedule a meeting with its date, type and agenda items.
- Record attendance and confirm quorum is met.
- Capture minutes and link any resolutions passed.
- Circulate and archive the approved minutes.
