Corporate Actions

Corporate Actions covers SACCO-wide capital events that change holdings across many members at once: rights issues, bonus issues, buybacks and forfeitures. Each action is modelled as a controlled run that calculates entitlements or impacts per member before posting.

This section covers:

• Rights Issue — Rights Issue manages an offer of new shares to existing members in proportion to their current holdings, at a set ratio and subscr
• Bonus Issue — Bonus Issue capitalises reserves into new shares granted free to members in proportion to their holdings, with no cash subscriptio
