Buyback
Buyback records the SACCO repurchasing its own shares from members, defining the buyback price, eligible classes and volume, then posting the reduction in issued capital. It tracks each member's tendered units, the consideration paid and the resulting cancellation of those shares. Buybacks are used to return surplus capital or manage the share register.

Workflow
- Open Shares then Operations then Corporate Actions then Buyback.
- Define the buyback terms: price, eligible class and target volume.
- Register the units tendered by participating members.
- Confirm the consideration and arrange the payouts.
- Post the buyback to cancel the repurchased units and reduce issued capital.
