Officer Performance (PDF)

The Officer Performance (PDF) wizard renders a printable league table of loan officers by portfolio, disbursement, collection and PAR over a chosen period. Managers use it in appraisals and incentive committees as the documented performance record.

Workflow

Open the wizard and set the performance period.
Optionally scope to a branch or team.
Run to generate the PDF table.
Review officer rankings and metrics.
Export for appraisal or incentive meetings.
