Collection Efficiency

Collection Efficiency measures how much of what fell due was actually collected, the key operational indicator of repayment discipline, computed from scheduled-versus-received amounts. Low efficiency is an early warning of rising arrears before they show up in PAR.

Workflow

  1. Group by period, officer or branch to compute the collection ratio.
  2. Compare amount due against amount collected per group.
  3. Flag officers or branches below the efficiency target.
  4. Drill into shortfalls to find unpaid instalments.
  5. Export the trend for management review.
