The Executive workspace is the leadership board, distilling institution-wide performance, growth trends, risk flags and strategic KPIs into a curated view for directors and senior management. It complements the main dashboard with action-oriented items the executive must decide on. It supports board-level oversight of the whole MFI.
Workflow
- Open MFI > My Workspace > Executive
- Review enterprise KPIs and risk indicators
- Open flagged strategic items requiring a decision
- Drill into branch or portfolio detail as needed
- Carry summaries into board reporting
