A dermatology encounter (state machine: draft → in progress → done) captures the chief complaint and documents each lesion (site, morphology, size, distribution) with a diagnosis.
Procedures & scoring
Biopsy, cryotherapy, phototherapy and cosmetic procedures are recorded, along with severity scores (e.g. PASI/EASI) over time.
