ACS presentations are tracked from Active → Stabilised → Discharged → Closed with presentation time, so door-to-treatment timing is auditable.
Cath lab
Each catheterisation records the procedure type (diagnostic, PCI, stent, pacemaker, ICD, CRT), the access route (radial / femoral / brachial) and operator, moving Planned → In progress → Completed.
