Immunotherapy schedules
Each immunotherapy record tracks the allergen extract, route and schedule, the current dose, the current visit number against the total planned visits, and progresses through Build-up → Maintenance → Completed (with Paused / Discontinued states). The expected duration in years is recorded up front.
Reaction safety
Every systemic reaction is counted and the case carries a severity grade, so clinicians can spot patients who need slower escalation or review before the next dose.
