Meetings

Meetings records each credit committee sitting - the agenda of applications tabled, attendance and quorum, and the resolution (approve, decline, defer or approve with conditions) for each loan. It is the formal minute that evidences two-person, quorum-based approval for audit and supervision.

Workflow

  1. Schedule a meeting and assign the committee.
  2. Add the loan applications tabled for decision.
  3. Record attendance and confirm quorum is met.
  4. Capture the resolution and any conditions per application.
  5. Close the meeting; approved loans proceed to disbursement.
