Meetings

Meetings records each credit committee sitting - the agenda of applications tabled, attendance and quorum, and the resolution (approve, decline, defer or approve with conditions) for each loan. It is the formal minute that evidences two-person, quorum-based approval for audit and supervision.

Workflow

Schedule a meeting and assign the committee.
Add the loan applications tabled for decision.
Record attendance and confirm quorum is met.
Capture the resolution and any conditions per application.
Close the meeting; approved loans proceed to disbursement.
