Committees

Committees defines each credit/approval committee, its members, approval mandate limits and quorum rules. It establishes the governance bodies that sanction loans above delegated officer limits, enforcing the institution's segregation-of-duties and approval-authority framework.

Workflow

  1. Create or open a credit committee.
  2. Add members and assign roles (chair, members).
  3. Set the committee's approval limit and quorum.
  4. Define the loan tiers or amounts it must approve.
  5. Save so the committee can be assigned to applications.
