Legal Cases

Legal Cases tracks loans escalated to litigation or external recovery, holding the case reference, advocate, court details, costs and status. It is the final recovery stage after demand letters and field actions are exhausted, and it documents enforcement against guarantors or collateral.

Workflow

Open the loan and create a legal case once internal recovery is exhausted.
Record the advocate, court, case number and filing date.
Track hearings, judgments and recovery costs.
Link enforcement against pledged collateral or guarantors.
Update status and apply any recovery proceeds to the loan.
