Group Performance

A wizard reporting on group health, covering attendance, contributions, membership and arrears across solidarity groups. It helps officers and managers identify weak groups before they default and recognise high-performing ones, central to managing joint-liability lending.

Workflow

Go to Reports then Group Performance
Pick the branch, period and groups to include
Run the wizard to compile group metrics
Identify groups with poor attendance or low contributions
Export the report for field-officer follow-up
