Active Members

The working list of all approved, transacting members. These are the members eligible to hold savings, take loans and join groups. Officers use this view for portfolio analysis, member servicing and to confirm a member is in good standing before processing a transaction.

Workflow

Go to Operations then Active Members
Filter or group by branch, category or officer to find a member
Open a record to service the member or review their account links
Use graph and pivot views to analyse active membership by segment
Trigger a freeze or dormancy action from the form if the member's standing changes
