SMS Campaigns

The history and status of bulk SMS campaigns sent to members. It records each campaign's audience, message, send time and delivery outcome, giving an audit trail of member messaging and a base for measuring engagement.

Workflow

Go to Tools then SMS Campaigns
Open a campaign to review its audience and message
Check delivery and failure counts
Re-send or follow up on failed recipients if needed
Use the history to analyse messaging engagement
