Active Accounts

Active Accounts lists every open, in-good-standing savings account that members can transact on. Each record on mfi.savings.account shows the holder, product, current and available balance, branch and last-activity date. This is the working list tellers and officers use to locate a member's account before posting a deposit or withdrawal.

Workflow

Open Savings > Operations > Active Accounts.
Search by member name, account number or national ID to find the account.
Open the record to review balance, product terms and recent transactions.
Use the form's action buttons to post a deposit, withdrawal or transfer.
Switch to kanban, graph or pivot view to analyse the active book by branch or product.

Status lifecycle

Records on this screen move through these statuses:

Draft → Submitted → Approved → Active → Dormant → Frozen → Abandoned → Unclaimed → Closed

Notes & rules

Filtered to accounts in the active state with a usable balance.
Supports list, kanban, form, graph, pivot and calendar views.
Available balance reflects current balance less any holds and minimum-balance reserves.
