Lists KYC documents approaching or past their expiry date, such as IDs and permits with limited validity. Keeping documents current is an ongoing KYC obligation, and this view drives renewal follow-ups before a member's compliance status lapses.

Workflow

Go to KYC and Documents then Expiring Soon
Review documents nearing or past expiry, including on the calendar
Contact affected members to request renewed documents
Upload the replacement document and re-verify it
Confirm the member's KYC status is restored
