Members and share capital
SACCO Core holds the member register, the road from applicant to active member, share capital, branches and the settings every other app reads. It is free, and it comes inside every paid SACCO app.

In this chapter
- Register a new member — From an empty form to an application waiting for approval.
- Approve and activate a member — Approval, the member number, the first shares and activation.
- Give a member portal access — The member’s own login: grant it, the first sign-in, revoke it.
- Change a member’s details — Correct a phone number, add an employer, and where the change is recorded.
- Share capital — Buy, sell and transfer shares; approval; receipts.
- Suspend, reactivate or exit a member — Status changes and the exit settlement.
- Find members and export the register — Search, filter, group and export the register.
- Print a member card, statement or share certificate — The documents that print from the register.
- Branches, member categories and groups — The three lists that shape the register.
- The SACCO settings, tab by tab — Every tab of the SACCO settings explained.
