The member portal
SACCO Member Portal gives every member a private page on the SACCO’s website: balances, statements, loans and their schedules, a loan application with guarantors, guarantee requests, charges and payments. It also puts the joining form online.
What members can do by themselves

| Charges | See what is due, pay it, and order a passbook, uniform or by-laws |
| Guarantees | Accept or decline a request to guarantee, see the loans guaranteed and who guarantees theirs |
| Activity | Every deposit, repayment, share purchase and charge, newest first |
| My details | Check the details the SACCO holds and change the password |
What staff do
- Give a member portal access from the member’s record.
- Review online applications to join.
- Work on loan applications that arrive from the portal like any other application.
- Settings for the portal are on the Portal tab of the SACCO settings.
- What the member sees — Home, savings and statements, loans and schedules, charges, activity and details.
- Join online — The five-step joining form on the website, and how staff accept an application.
- Loans and guarantees online — Apply for a loan on the portal, name guarantors, and answer a guarantee request.
- Pay from the portal — Announce a payment, pay the paybill, and see it credited.
