Fee Register

Fee Register is the consolidated record of all savings fees applied to member accounts - ledger, maintenance, dormancy, withdrawal and penalty charges. It gives a complete view of fee income and supports reconciliation, audit and member dispute resolution. Each line sits on mfi.savings.fee.

Workflow

Open Savings > Compliance > Fee Register.
Filter by fee type, product, branch or period.
Group by fee type to total each charge category.
Pivot or graph the values for fee-income reporting.
Drill into a line to trace the originating fee template and account.
