Underwriters

The directory of insurance partners (underwriters) whose products the institution distributes. Each record holds the partner contact, regulatory licence reference and the commission and remittance terms. It is the relationship backbone for claims handling and commission reconciliation.

Workflow

Open Underwriters under Configuration.
Create a partner with legal name and licence reference.
Capture contact, settlement account and remittance terms.
Set the default commission arrangement.
Link products to this underwriter so risk routing is clear.
