Share Products
Share Products defines each class of share the SACCO offers, such as ordinary, preference and deferred, setting the par value, premium handling, holding limits, dividend treatment and redemption rules. The product chosen on a subscription drives valuation and the controls enforced throughout the lifecycle. Maintaining products correctly is the foundation for accurate capital accounting.

Workflow
- Open Shares then Configuration then Share Products.
- Create or open a product and name the share class it represents.
- Set the par value, any premium and the minimum and maximum holding limits.
- Configure dividend eligibility, redemption and notice rules for the class.
- Save so the product is available for subscriptions and corporate actions.
