Training

Tracks the training sessions delivered to groups, such as financial literacy, business skills and the group rules required before borrowing. Each record holds the topic, attendees and date. Compulsory pre-loan training is a hallmark of responsible group lending and a driver of repayment behaviour.

Workflow

  1. Open Training under Field Activity.
  2. Create a session and select the group and topic.
  3. Set the date and facilitator.
  4. Mark the attending members.
  5. Save to record completion as a borrowing prerequisite.
