The Public Website is the institution's marketing and acquisition channel — product pages, apply flows, news, FAQ, contact. It's built with the standard BridgeERP Website builder and themed for SACCO / MFI use.

How an apply submission becomes a loan

When a prospect submits the apply form, the system creates a CRM opportunity tagged with the product. The Credit team picks it up; on conversion the opportunity becomes a real member + loan application.

  1. Prospect fills /apply; submits.
  2. A CRM opportunity is created with the product + amount.
  3. A Credit Officer picks up the opportunity from CRM → Pipeline.
  4. Officer creates the member (or links to existing), captures the loan application from the opportunity, and proceeds with the standard flow.
