Alumni & giving
The Alumni app keeps former students connected: a directory, giving campaigns, mentorship matching and a jobs board that turns graduates into a lasting community and a source of support for the school.
Where to find it — App drawer → Alumni & Giving → Alumni Directory.

The alumni directory
When students graduate, they can be moved into the alumni directory, keeping their school history while updating their adult contact details, profession and location.
- Open
Alumni → Directoryto browse and search graduates by year, profession or location. - Alumni maintain their own profile through the alumni portal – opting in to be contacted and to appear in the directory.
- Use saved filters to build cohort lists for reunions and campaigns.
Important — Alumni control their own consent. Only contact, list or feature an alum who has opted in, and honour any request to be removed. Holding former students' data without consent is a compliance risk.
Giving campaigns
Run fundraising campaigns – a building fund, a bursary appeal, a class gift.
| Campaign element | Tracks |
|---|---|
| Goal | Target amount and deadline |
| Donations | Gifts received, online or recorded |
| Donors | Who gave, with thank-yous |
| Progress | Raised vs goal |
Alumni donate online through the portal; EduPrime records the gift, issues a receipt and updates the campaign thermometer.
Mentorship & jobs board
Two features turn the network into practical support for current students and recent leavers:
- Mentorship – alumni volunteer as mentors; the school matches them to students by interest or career path and tracks the mentoring relationship.
- Jobs board – alumni and partner employers post opportunities and internships that leavers and other alumni can browse.
Tip — Seed the directory at each graduation: invite the leaving cohort to create their alumni profile before they disperse. It is far easier to capture contact details on the way out than to track graduates down years later.
