Cron Monitors

Cron Monitors watches the suite's scheduled jobs -- interest accrual, statement runs, dunning, report dispatch and integration syncs -- recording each run's status, duration and last execution. It alerts administrators when a critical job stalls or fails so banking operations are not silently disrupted. For a microfinance core where overnight batches post real money movements, this oversight is essential.

Workflow

Open MFI Ops > Monitoring > Cron Monitors
Review each monitored job's last run, status and next run
Open a failed or overdue job to read the error detail
Re-trigger or fix the underlying schedule as needed
Set alert thresholds so failures notify the right team
