Underwriting

Submissions carry proposal questions whose answers can refer or decline on their own. Quotes are versioned and priced section by section, underwriting authority is enforced per user, and a senior underwriter cannot approve a referral above their own binding authority — the server refuses it. A price a broker cannot defend to their client is a price they will not use, so every premium shows how it was reached.
