Questions
Does it work with Kenya's DMVIC?
The DMVIC regime ships: the certificate waits for the authority's number, is watermarked until it has one, and cancels by DMVIC's coded reasons. On the demo the number is captured from the DMVIC portal; a machine connection needs your own accreditation.
Can it print the COMESA Yellow Card?
Yes, as an overlay onto the bureau's pre-printed blank. The shipped layout is an estimate, so it refuses to print onto a numbered blank until you measure it against a real one or record that you accept it.
What happens when a blank jams in the printer?
Report the misprint. The number is written off with the reason and the person, a fresh blank is drawn, and the reconciliation shows both.
What can somebody learn from the QR code?
Whether the certificate is valid, its number, the insurer, the class of business, the registration mark and the period. Never the premium, the holder's details, the claims history or the policy number.
We run out of stock at a branch. What then?
The draw refuses rather than inventing a number, and the book posts a warning and schedules an activity for its custodian when it reaches the low-stock threshold — before it runs out.
Can we see it working first?
Open the live insurance demo and press Log in — the form is already filled in. Certificates is under Underwriting, with 104 certificates, 640 numbered blanks and the submission log.
