Reporting
- Today, yesterday, this week — on every list — Cessions, claim cessions and bordereaux filter by today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, this year and last year, on the date each of them is actually measured by.
Treaty
- Five treaty types — Quota share, surplus, facultative, excess of loss and stop loss.
- Programme order — Each treaty is offered what the treaties above it did not take.
- Surplus in lines — A retention and a number of lines, worked on the line left after the quota share.
- Cover follows the loss date — An expired treaty still recovers losses inside its period.
- Remuneration — Ceding commission, profit commission, brokerage and the reinsurer's expense allowance.
Layers
- Per risk or per event — Attachment, limit, rate on line and layer premium, with a catastrophe code gathering one event.
- Reinstatements and erosion — Reinstatements, the aggregate limit, the eroded amount and the capacity remaining.
Panel
- Signed to 100% — Written and signed lines per reinsurer and per layer, with the financial rating.
Cession
- One policy or the whole book — From the policy, or every policy at once from the treaty.
- Offered, ceded, retained — Sum insured, share of risk and premium, each three ways.
- Ceded earned and unearned — From the same premium engine that earns the policy.
- Net on the policy — Ceded premium, net written premium and whether the risk is reinsured, stored on the policy.
Recovery
- Programme order — Proportional first, then each layer on the net, then stop loss.
- Explained in words — Gross, already recovered, net before this treaty, recovery and the reason.
Stop loss
- Aggregate recovery — Attachment and cover in loss ratio points with a cedant co-participation, booked from today's position.
Bordereau
- Premium and claims — Per treaty and period, generated from the cessions and recoveries.
- Ties before it goes — Expected total against the lines, and refused at issue if it does not tie.
- Frozen once issued — Both parties have booked from it, so it no longer changes.
