The Country Pack

The pack began with two photographed originals issued in Bujumbura on 3 January 2025 — an ASSUR attestation and a COMESA Yellow Card — because a photographed document shows what an insurer's software has to produce. The Code des assurances, Loi n°1/06 of 17 July 2020, was then read article by article beside four ARCA instruments. Every figure carries the instrument it was read from and the confidence it was read at, what could not be settled is written in the gaps with the document that would settle it, and the pack installs as a template: nothing charges anybody until you apply it to your company.

The Burundi pack

Country, the association that owns the domestic attestation, primary legislation, in-force and review dates, and a primary-source confidence.

Two documents, one policy

The ASSUR attestation and the COMESA Yellow Card, produced the same day with different owners, number series and validity windows — transcribed from the photographed originals.
