Are the charges applied as soon as it installs?

No. The pack installs as a template and every charge ships inactive. They are switched on when you apply the pack to your company, after you have checked them.

Why a floor as well as a ceiling?

ARCA's decision fixes a minimum and a maximum commission for every class. The pack carries both, and each band says which one it is.

Can it print our ASSUR attestations?

The layout for the ASSUR blank ships with the pack, but unmeasured: printing onto numbered stock is refused until you calibrate against a real blank and record that you accept the coordinates.

What about VAT on premium?

Not seeded. The VAT exemption list was published only as a scanned image and was not read, so the pack names it as a gap rather than inventing a treatment.

Do I need Insurance Management as well?

You need one of the insurance apps to use it: Insurance Management charges the levies on premium, and Insurance Agency Management holds commission to the bands.
