How do I get into the demo?

Open the live demo and press Log in — the form is already filled in for you, no email address is asked for. The demo user holds the top role on every desk, so every menu is open.

Which statement files can it import?

CSV and other delimited text (tab-separated included), Excel .xlsx and fixed-width text. You describe a carrier's layout once — heading row, columns, payment window, materiality — and every later file from that carrier uses it.

Can it pay our producers?

It computes and posts what each producer is owed, from the split table and the waterfall, and a producer can be settled off that payable ledger.

Does it handle premium we hold for carriers?

Not in this app.

Will a producer see what other producers earn?

No. Access rules limit a producer to the entries that name them as the producer, and servicing staff can read commission without being able to change a rate, a credit or a split.

Does it post to the general ledger?

Yes. Commission income and producer payables post to the accounts you configure as ordinary journal entries, auditable in the standard accounting screens.

What languages does it ship in?

English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic (right-to-left) and Swahili — the interface, the menus and the documents. Every string of this module is translated in each of them.
