The Country Pack

The pack is the Insurance Act, Cap. 487, as the IRA publishes it consolidated to Act No. 10 of 2023, with the Insurance Regulations beside it. Every levy, ceiling and certificate rule arrives with the instrument it was read from and whether it was read as a primary or a secondary source, and what the research could not settle is written down with the document that would settle it rather than guessed. The pack installs as a template with a review date: nothing charges anybody until you apply it to your company.

The gaps, written down

The Reinsurance Premium Levy is not seeded because its charging head was deleted in 2014, VAT on premium is not seeded as a charge, and the life sub-class ceilings the class master cannot hold are listed with their figures.
